showed up for 20 bags of garden soil. Went to the register and paid for the soil. Was told an associate with lotus out shortly. after 20 min. no show. went back to cashier who said no one was responding but will try again.20 min later no show. Talk to associate Neil of the Fulfillment associate who said he would help us but disapeared. Back to the cashier for one last try with no help. Went to customer service for a refund and left to buy somewhere else. my 81 yr old father had enought. never again

While looking around the appliance department, I was immediately asked by Sebastian if I needed assistance. He answered all of our questions as well as going above and beyond from start to finish while assisting with getting us accurate information and finalizing the loading of our purchase. Teresa in appliances was able to confirm with Sebastian to get our questions taken care of. The Pro Desk as well as the Assistant Manager, Porter, ensured solid service was provided. Several other staff helped along the process. What started as an unplanned purchase turned into a fantastic experience with stellar staff along the way. Shout out to Sebastian for seeing the entire thing through. He deserves to be recognized for his positive attitude & willingness to patiently walk us through our purchase. :) Thank you Bend Lowe’s.

Bummed about the changes with Lowe Pro Membership. Keep losing rewards dollars due to new expirations, get that was the intent as a buisness strategy. Shipping is no longer free. Quotes seem to get lost or take much longer, and deliveries have been late. Sad but it is what it is. Would recommend comparing to Home Depot Commercial benefits for sure.

Extremely disappointed with Lowe’s. We purchased a 36-inch oven for $6,288 and the entire experience was a mess from start to finish. The oven arrived over a month late, and throughout that time we received multiple texts and emails saying it was scheduled to arrive when it never did. Nobody seemed to know what was going on, and communication was completely unreliable. To make things worse, when the oven finally showed up, one of the panels was damaged. I went into the store to ask what could be done about it, and instead of helping, the employees rudely brushed me off and acted like it was an inconvenience to even ask questions. For a purchase this expensive, I expected professionalism, accurate communication, and basic customer service. Instead, it was delays, damage, and terrible support. As a Contractor in Bend, I would seriously think twice before making a major appliance purchase from Lowe’s. I wish I could suggest a better alternative, but I’ve had problems with most of the appliance places in town. Nothing like this though!

Beautiful garden area, cashier outside was wonderful. Those were the positives. Took my 86yr old mom to look at an outdoor chair website said you had 44 of. Couldn’t find any where the shelf tag was or anywhere around that outdoor furniture area. No employees around to ask. Came home, saw they had delivery as an option. Ordered chair Friday afternoon . Put in very detailed delivery instructions, as her complex is confusing. Chair would be delivered Saturday. Got notified it was delivered, no chair on porch. Got a picture of delivered chair on someone else’s porch. Will call to proceed with return later today, giving time to see if recipient of unordered chair reaches out to my mom. Very disappointed all the way around, always chose Lowe’s over other home improvement stores. Update: Drove through neighborhood looking on porches and found the chair. Not sure how a#11 looks like a #6 but we got the chair.
